Congrats on passing the exam, Toni.

I'm not quite sure what you'[re talking about creating a home fm station but if
you're talking about transmitting any kind of music on the am bands you can't do
it unless you're retransmitting shuttle broadcastst with permission.  Also, you
don't get any frequency use in the 88-108 mHz band which is the standard fm
radio band.  Not really sure what it is you're wanting to do.
