It is my understanding that Carla Ruschiville, one of the members of the ACB
convention coordinating committee was interviewed on this week's Sound
Prints show which originally airs on WKJK 1080 in Louisville. She mentions
some things about the convention and the Riviera hotel. I am told that you
can hear it on ACB Radio's mainstream channel beginning Tomorrow, Wednesday
June 29th at 9 P.M. eastern time during alternating hours through Thursday
June 30th; 9 P.M. 11 P.M. 1 A.M. and so on. She said that the casino is
located between the check in desk and the elevators to the Monaco and
Monte Carlo towers and that no cell phones or tape recorders are allowed to
be
used in the casinos. I suppose that would also apply to ham gear as well.
But with all the racket that goes on in the casino, it probably wouldn't do
much good anyway. But there might be some valuable information on that
program. 73.
