Hi Guys,
When I was using the Standard hand held, the only time I had a [problem on 2
meters was if I had the UHF side in scan. Sometimes people would tell me it
sounded like a motor boat. I figured out how to fix it but didn't know what
I was doing. I was turning off the UHF. After someone told me I sounded
bad, I put the hand held on simplex and my home radio on the same frequency
and experimented.
