This week's Handiham newsletter had some interesting things in it.  There
was an article about the Senate bill to restrict NWS's ability to
disseminate weather information and tons of resources where one could check
out the information if they want to.

It also has the subscription information for this list.

It came out a day early because many of the Handiham key people are leaving
for the Dayton Hamvention which is this weekend.  Handiham will be in booth
315 if anyone going to Hamvention would like to check out their exhibit.
