Hi Tom.  I haven't purchased this meter from Omega, but I do have one and
like it alot.  It is to bad they are so miss informed as to blind persons
capabilities.  I wonder how they can think that a knowlidgable blind
person is at any more risk from high voltage than a knowlidgable sighted
person.Note, the opertive word here is knowlidgable.  Maybe they should
refuse to sell there products to anyone who isn't a surtified
electrition!
