Colin,

I have tried a number of  programs for psk31  and like digipan the best.  I
have made a few contacts using jaws and  if I was really going to get into
this mode I'd use digipan.

I have also had some success with  the digitalk  psk31 software for the
blind.   Do a google search for "digitalk".  It has it's own built in voice,
but has  limited features and (for me anyway) is a bit more clumsy  and
awkward to use than digipan.
