i can think of a few things...either you have a very leaky microwave oven
which means its inefficient and probaby accounts for a rather big portion of
your electrical bill. The other is the the panasonic you have is poorly
filtered and picks up the EMI coming through the household electrical
system...that also goes for the microwave oven, it is also probably poorly
filtered.
You can likely partially solve this by using EMI (electro magnetic
interpherence) filters on both the microwave and the wall wart for the
phone.
Some of the most common problems with things interphereing with other RF
devices around the house has to do with allot of EMI or RFI floating around
both in the air and through the main household electrical system.
I cant imagine what sort of issues might be encountered if a person has an
X10 or is it 10X remote system in their homes. This is the system where
signals are sent through the house hold wiring to appliances with devices
between their power supplies and the wall out let that tell the appliance to
turn on or off.
A rather interesting and useful system i have no doubt, but i am thinking
the hash created by something like that might be terrible for HF and VHF
gear nearby....similar to BPL related issues.
