Hi, Steve!  Checked everything against another receiver as per 
another message, but no luck.  The other radio hit the same 
repeater.  And the PL was on.  Thanks for the service info.  What 
about getting a packing box; threw the old package away, and the 
radio's out of warranty.--Matt.
