Menu choice 46 is for mechanical finters and depend upon what filters you have
installed in the rig.  Choice 32 lets you use the digital finters in the rig.

The cw setting or the rtty setting use preset finters hence you cannot alter
band width when using them but the digital finters operate on the ssb settings
hence you end up with a whole new filter set on top of equalization.  Be aware
that you will still need to be in cw mode to key with a straight key.
