there is a US band plan document which will give you all amateur
frequencies, their band width, license class requirements and weather
amateurs are primary or secondary users.
There are only a couple bands where amateurs are secondary users. At least,
only a couple that are commonly used...as you go higher in the frequencies,
and lowe rin the band number, you start running into primary and secondary
users.
