As I remember the old 2-A.T.'s they had 2 thumb wheels on them; one for the
plus offset and the other for the minus offset, and for a blind person to
know where they were, the thumb wheels had to be filed down so that you
could tell where the wheel was pointing.  I liked the old 0-2-A.T.'s better
because they were completely accessible and were keypad entry.  73.
