hi ryan:
welcoem to the hobby.
Any kind of help you need with figuring different things out about the hobby
of ham radio in any field feel free to ask on this list.
There are individuals on here that have vast knolege on pretty much every
aspect of the hobby out there.
It would be good to get involved with a local club and find some knoledgable
hams that can explain some of the technical aspects of the
hobby...alternatively, you can feel free to ask about transistors, filters
and wires or anything technical on this list and you will likely get several
responses on any given topic.
Try and figure out some things you wanna learn about or that you are unsure
of and come up with some questions to ask...this hobby has many varied and
complex areas so in order to start learning about things you sort of have to
have a target at first so you can get started and dont get over whelmed.
