I think I paid $39.95 for my GE Super III. radio about a year and a half
ago.

I will say, though, that I think the older Super II. was better in terms of
both AM and FM selectivity and sensitivity.  The Super II. also sounded
better to me.  The Super III. seems to have a smaller speaker, or at least a
speaker that gives you less of an audio range.

Still, though, for $39.95, it's not a bad radio.  I just wish they would
have kept the original design for the older Super II. model.
