I am glad of that.  Of course they won't be able to stream too many
sportscasts.  I don't know why there can't be a law charging only one set of
royalties for all broadcasts.  Just like separate copyright permission for
talkingbooks was outlawed, it should be the same for royalties on the air
and on the Internet.
