Hi Jeff,

Are you programming that scanner via software or on the unit itself?  As a
blind person, are you able to accomplish the job?  I need to get a good
scanner at some point.  The wide-band receiver in my IC-T90A is insufficient
to monitor Tempe's trunked public safety network.
