Hi Howard;

I had to buy an external tuner when I switched the 570 to the TS2000
because, for whatever reason the internal tuner did not perform as well as
the one in the 570.

I hooked it up to the same antenna and power supply and even the same
microphone.

I've heard other people complain about the same issues.
