Lou,

Dad gum it. I went to all the trouble of getting my extra class license
years ago because I thought it would make me a better ham. Then I learned
that wasn't true. Now I spend 900 dollars on a receiver and you are telling
me it won't make me a better ham? Do you know how much Viagra I could have
bought with 900 dollars? Now you tell me I'm only a better short wave
listener? Holy cow. What a let down, in more ways than one.

Phil.
