Mark,
The Mozilla accessibility extension adds additional functions
to Mozilla/Firefox to make it more useful to people with
disabilities. By providing addition navigation features for
example, headers and form controls; and styling features, like
turn off stylesheets, apply user stylesheet.

The extension does not provide features for compatibility wuth
assistive technologies like a screen reader.  But the
extensions could be used with a screen reader when one becomes
available.
