Hi,
I recently read, from a rawfoodist, that fermented foods are not healthy to eat - foods like sourkraut, cheese, kimchee, etc. I'm not exactly sure what 'fermented' means, except perhaps the breaking-down process has begun to start already. My experience with these foods is that they're beneficial to my digestion. I should think anything that gets a start on the process would be beneficial to those with digestive problems. ?
