In reference to the recent post about using bulk asian flours:

There is a post in the archives, about asian rice flours and
cross-contamination. It was thought by a number of different people, that
certain asian flours [in one pound clear plastic bags with red, green or
blue writing] might contain trace amounts of gluten. Those who are
particularly sensitive might want to stay away from asian rice flours.
