Go to a hardware store, like a True Value or such.  Bring an original screw.  Use a nut, there, to determine size/thread.  Probably 6-32.

Use a steel washer if the head size diameter is important.  May also buy & use rubber or fiber washers as antivibration layer.

They sell these individually & should cost a nickel to a dime a piece.
