Yes, paleo people had parasites and they just lived
with it.  In fact, the Eades, for one, suggest that it
was precisely these parasites which prevented iron
overload.

Doesn't help you much, I realize...but it may be that
if you are going to get rid of this parasite you will
have to consider non-paleo remedies.
