I started a paleo diet a month ago. I am at normal weight and use this
diet to keep weight off to avoid regaining 50 lbs that Ilost by
"eating less". So far, it works and I love every minute of it because
I am not hungry.

So far, I am enjoying the foods and the variety. In fact, the foods
that I gave up I never liked too much and ate them because of a
mistaken belief that they are "healthy" (bread etc).

My only deviations from paleo are butter and occasionally cheese.

My question, do people tend to experience a "burnout" of sorts after
a while on paleo, and if so, what are your coping strategies? Do you
get bored with foods?
