Greetings,
 
Animals can jump - this means you can put their food and water at a level you can deal with - kitty litter box also. I have Amber's dog jump on the sofa so I can put her leash on without bending.

If you are feeding a pet, put the bowl on the ground,
get on the ground with the bag of pet food, and pour
the food into the bowl.
