Hi,

We need to get a different printer.  It isn't working.  We just got it
as a Christmas Gift and it hasn't (HP)ever worked right.  We have said
Tech. Support and it doesn't do any good.  Any ideas of what kind/type
to get?  We got it at Wal Mart.  Maybe we'll go shopping one of these days.
