As a graduate of Partners in Policymaking Texas, I wholeheartedly second
Kendall's suggestion of this program.  You could really benefit from going through
the Partners training, and you would really enjoy it and make some lifelong
friends.  I have contacted the national Partners network for a Wisconsin
Partner.  As soon as one replies, I will put you in touch with them.
