You asked how services are here in Winston-Salem. Well, I'd say it's
like Cleveland - some but not many. Nothing like the SF/Bay Area of course.

The state is going through a budgetary crisis and a lot of services have
been cut. And a pillow-making plant in the area just shut down,
eliminating 6,000 jobs, a huge blow to the local economy. They couldn't
compete with offshore manufacturers.
