Psy-Ops... during the Vietnam war gigantic condoms were left laying

the "enemy" to wonder what sort of Deliverance situation they were
facing with the Amerikans. Psy-Ops remains in operation currently, thus
the XXX-large props may be in patriotic colors, if not flavors, and left
laying around in remote areas of Pakistan for the benefit of Osama & his
bestial friends. There is w/ Psy-Ops a backlash effect, particularly w/
GLOBAL communications, supply, delivery etc. and it is quite possible
that Consumer's Reports for National Security reasons did not explain
WHY there would be very large prophilactics in the market.
