Jim, This is off-topic to some exent as the whole thread might be better suited to the Evolutionary
Fitness list. However, we're here now and you have my permission to continue:-) The reason I ask
is because, just as the palaeo-purity of food is important in this experiment, the palaeo-intensity
of the exercise is an equally important component. We eat in order to live and we live in order to
be active; the two can't be separated (except in modern civilization with its technologies and fine-
grain division of labour which separate our bodies from producing the means of their existence).
So, to put your experiment in perspective, can you tell us the lbs you lift in each exercise? I'm
happy for you to substitute proportions of your body weight for the actual lbs if you prefer. In
fact, that best gets to the point.
If Dave or Don or other subscribers prefer we can cut it short here, but I hope they give us the
opportunity to round out the picture in your reply.
