I get most of my fat from animals. I think that is more paleo. It takes a
lot of work to get oils from nuts, fruits and vegetables - where animal fat
can simply be melted by fire or drippings can be collected from roasted
meat.

It doesn't seem natural to me to try to obtain so much fat from non-animal
sources.

If one relies on Rosedale's "good fats" to reach the 80%-85% -- one will
likely take in too much omega 6. That is the problem with trying to
implement a very high fat, low carb regime while at the same time
restricting saturated fat.
