I realize that all dairy products are not considered paleo by purists on
this list but since butter has come up in the discussion recently, I
thought I'd ask a question about it. If it's off-topic -- I apologize.

Since butter has virtually no milk proteins left in it -- does anybody know
what else is in it besides vitamins, CLA and fat. Specifically -- are
naturally occuring bovine hormones concentrated in dairy fat or dairy
protein??
