Mike,

Whenever I eat grains, I feel bloated and get heart palpitations. Too many
and I start to get acne. One week I found that I had eaten store-bought
grain-fed beef almost every day for 5-7 days, and I had the same symptoms
from the beef that I always get from grains (but to a lesser degree).

Hope that helps!

-Elizabeth
