Eggland's "free Range" birds are fed grain. By "free range", they mean that
the birds can wander around a yard and peck at the dirt.

My recommendation would be to stay away from eggs entirely unless you can
find a source that will certify that the birds where not fed any grain,
which is very unlikely.
