I don't even see an authenticate button.  The page I get has

Trillium Health Centre

Please enter your library ID, barcode, or other ID: (followed by an input
field) and the link: Athens users click here

If I click on "Athens users click here," I get an Athens Authentication
Point login screen that prompts me for a Username and Password.  That's
pretty much it.
