Yeah, mostly. Grains, including lots of nice cheap soy and corn. And
then, they are so crowded together that they never develop good muscle
tone, and so the redness that we associate with salmon doesn't come in
strong, and they give them dyes. Their food does include tons of small
fishes which have been harvested instead of eaten by free-swimming
fish, thus altering the food chain for them as well.

I think Mercola has some good stuff on his site about farmed fish. I
don't eat it,
