Certainly meal frequency is a question worth more exploration for us paleo
devotees (I'm exploring it myself!). But characterizing your WOE as paleo
seems about as accurate as someone who eats meat daily characterizing their
WOE as vegetarian. If it works for you great, but it does seem that your
food choices involve a daily abandonment of core paleo principles.

Well, I feel pretty safe asserting that crackers, brownies, and "chocolate
junk" aren't paleo under almost anybody's definition, religious or
otherwise.
