Well, I think there is. I don't eat a lot of grains, dairy or legumes. I
eat some but not a lot. And the most paleo part is the frequency and
intensity of meals.

I think eating all the time is probably non-paleo. Your insulin levels
are chronically elevated. While much paleo eating is based upon faith,
frequency and intensity of eating are subject to scientific
experimentation and the experiments are striking. Eating infrequently
seems to confer enormous health benefits that many here seek, even if
you binge when you eat and do not actually eat fewer calories.

Frequency and intensity of eating, especially fasting, are paleo. Maybe
more paleo than the religion advocated by many on this list. Who can say?
