Yes, there is quantity and frequency. Eating once per day is in my mind
much more paleo than eating 3 X per day or 2 X per day. There is science
that points to the fact that eating once per day could be literally a
revolution in staying healthy. I forsee books about "the once per day
diet".

But really, is it possible that eating infrequently is more paleo
because when you are a H-G you eat this way?
