What's the deal with fertile eggs? Is it just that they're more
paleo, or are they nutritionally superior (or is that the same
thing)? Does is mean that the chickens have eaten bugs?

By aged meat do you just mean meat that's been in the fridge
for awhile? How long?

Whose rules are these? I heard about the melon, but would you
tell me more about eating vegs and meat separately? How
about other fruit?

Would you also tell me more about why you don't chew your
meat?

Thanks for answering (I hope) all these questions. Basically,
I'm just looking for whatever will help me feel well.
