That's why we'll

to have a dicussion about , if tubers are paleo or not , is prone to
unability to agree. tubers are a specific way plants store their reserves
during the dormant seasons , others grow seeds preferably or developpe
vegetativelly by sending new shoots from roots or makes bulbs . we could
have the same non sense dicussion if we were wondering if eating flowers or
buds or leaves was paleo . it is obvious that paleo humans as hunter
gatherers ate all parts of plants but different parts from different plants
.I am growing yacons from perou and they taste very good raw they store
their sugar in the form of inuline ,a sugar that don't raise blood sugar but
that is promoting healthy bacterias in the gut
