Doesn't sound too bad. Rye is better than wheat.

Just my 2 cents, but for those who are gluten sensitive/intolerant/outright
Celiac, rye is NOT any better than wheat, since both are gluten containing
grains. And rye bread is generally a mixture of rye and wheat anyway, not pure
rye. But since Frederick is feeling so good on this plan, he may be one of those
who is NOT gluten sensitive. And who am I to argue with success? Nevertheless,
grains and dairy are generally agreed upon not to be Paleo foods, but that's
a whole 'nother can o' worms.
