Jean, this is one of those things in life that I cannot imagine living without.  Seriously.  I've said before that the taste is strange at first -- I wasn't sure I'd like it for long.  But I've gone through periods (two or three days at a time) where it's ALL I eat, all I desire.  As a matter of fact, I plan to take the stuff along on a flyfishing trip to Yellowstone as my only food source next month.  Highly recommended.
