I'll be praying for you, such a hard time for you. You know our dogs are so
much more than just a mobility device, there is a bond formed, we begin to
love as well as need our guide dog. It is normal to feel sadness, or a
loss, it is good that you can know how Radar is doing. God gives us lots of
love, and I am sure you will know when the time is right to risk giving some
of that love to a new dog.
It won't mean you don't hold a special place in your heart for Radar, you
can still love him, you'll just have a new dog to learn to love!
know I am praying for you. I have my first dog, so have never had to make
such hard decisions, but I'm here if you want to talk.
