Me, I don't do anything special, just stuff the 40+ lb bird with
stuffing--recipe on back of Bell seasoning box, put him in the largest pan
I've got--lg hotel pan with 4" sides, cover with foil and pop him in the
oven.  Be sure to get a "turkey timer" pop up timer to put in so you know
when it's done.  I make a small 3 corner cut in the foil over the timer so
I can see when it pops up.  Ruth
