Well, Bonnie Jean, that simply makes you a much more valuable
participant, around these parts that I habituate at least, having two
monikers appended to your personage. Pyrate will tell ya.
I believe that your credentials are more than adequate to participate in
this list, having correctly used and spelled and capitalized Art Deco.
Upon reflection, we can use your expertise around here. I think Philip
might have some family issues to resolve. And then there's Ralph....

PS: I'm from the government, and I'm here to help you. I reign over one
of the last communist regimes in the world: a local government historic
preservation commission. We tell you what you can do with your property
in a historic district. Actually, that's not true. I don't regulate.
Really. I provide "design review services." And all manner of half-baked
technical advice. Ask Mike. He'll verify that for you. And Brian will
tell you how unsafe I am when applying my own advice upon my own
property.
