You just knew that the Federal Cash Cow was going to approve it all
along.  This is no surprise.

It was plain from their rhetoric from the start that they were going to
pass it, and it has also been obvious that some pressure has been put on
all Federal agencies to pass it no matter what and to turn a deaf ear to
all interference complaints.  You can bet that the FCC was told by high
ranking members of Congress to pass it, and you can bet that when the NTIA
and the FEMA raised interference concerns that they were told from the
White House to shut their fat mouths and sit down.

I fully expected this.
