I agree, the antennas say they'll work indoors but mine doesn't, once I get
out the window it's great but the second it's just inside the window, forget
it.

The problem is that the point at which I want to locate the receiver is
nowhere near a window and stringing a lot of wire isn't an attractive option
at all. I may have to invest another $170 in the XM repeater that I found
online and that isn't very good news either, but it beats stringing all that
wire. The antenna that came with my Roady 2 home kit simply doesn't work
very well indoors at my location.
