It seems the PRO-94 was upgraded  to allow trunked and convential scanning
at the same time.  To bad they didn't add the ability to program via the
computer.

I have a Pro-94, and use it occasionally.  It works well when properly
programmed, but it's very frustrating for a totally blind person to
use.  Since there's no way to program it from a computer, all programming
has to be done from the keyboard, which is next to impossible because you
need to see the display to know what's happening.  I can program in
frequencies for non-trunked stuff, but I haven't had much success with
trunking.  Also, it's far too easy to mess things up by accidentally
pressing a key.  Maybe other people have had better luck with the Pro-94.
