Hi Collin and the group.  I don't know where they are experimenting with
this, but part of Art Bell's point was the fact that he wanted the ability
of hams to experiment more and to have the freedom to experiment more on
the ham bands, and I was impressed with the demonstration.  Did you by
chance hear a tone in the back ground of whatever it was you were hearing?
As I posted earlier there are some users on 220 MHz who I think that are
using ESSB, and though it is quite readable there is that tone in the
background.
