I've been an audiologist for about twenty years so can make a few comments.

Cell phones should be no problem at all.  Neither should ham gear unless you're
running a good bit of power so long as you don't have noticeable rf in the
shack.  Digital processing on the rig may clash with processing being done by
the aids and Morse may require come adjustments to compression on the aids but
the general answer to your question is that there should be no problem so long
as you're not running any sort of power amp.
